Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax.
Under Torrent reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on UnderTorrent.com at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the website.
7-Day Price Guarantee: We offer a 7-day price guarantee on your purchase. If the price of your item drops below your purchase price within 7 days of your order, please contact support@undertorrent.com, and we will refund the difference.

Under Torrent will offer various coupon codes, which can expire at any time.

Under Torrent will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed.
If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply.

If you place your order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please send an email to support@undertorrent.com.

Required Proof: Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped.
Refund Process: A representative will advise you on how to fax/email your tax-exempt certificate to us so we may process a refund of the tax.
This refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order.
Matching Requirement: The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate.
Federal Exemption: Under Torrent does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.

Under Torrent will send you an order confirmation via email, provided you have included a valid email address.
