12-Month Limited Warranty
All products purchased on UnderTorrent.com include a 12-month limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
- Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or physical impact (e.g., drops).
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, dents).
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties.
- Warranty Resolution: If a valid claim is made, Under Torrent will provide a free replacement of the same or a comparable model. If a replacement is unavailable, a full or partial refund will be issued.
How to Submit a Return or Warranty Claim
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
- Initial Contact: Email support@undertorrent.com with your Order ID and a brief video or photo clearly showing the defect.
- RMA Issuance: Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return address.

Shipping: Pack the item securely with all original accessories. Clearly write the RMA number on the outer shipping box.
Note: Under Torrent will cover shipping costs for confirmed manufacturing defects. - Processing: After receiving and inspecting the item, your replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Under Torrent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of data or profits). Our total liability is limited to the replacement or original purchase price of the product.
