I. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchasing. Once the returned item arrives at the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

- Note: For purchases not made directly through Under Torrent’s online stores, please contact the retailer for refunds. Refund requests for non-quality issues expire 30 days after the purchase date.
II. Limited Warranty Details: For Quality Issues Only
Products on the official website enjoy a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

- Warranty Start Date: The date the item was purchased.
- Warranty Scope: Restricted to product quality defects only.
- Warranty Outcome: The RMA is accepted only for a replacement, not a refund.
- Geographic Restriction: The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase.
Process for Returning Merchandise
- Obtain an RMA Number: All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact customer service at support@undertorrent.com for assistance.
- Mark the Package: Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. DO NOT write the RMA number on the actual product box. Packages without an RMA number may not be accepted.
- Proof Required: Visible proof depicting the defect (such as SN, pictures, or video) is required for troubleshooting.
- Accessories: Accessories should be included with the return.
- Unauthorized Returns: Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
What This Warranty Covers
During the warranty period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, Under Torrent will (at its sole option) replace the product at no charge with the same or a comparable product. Products and parts replaced become the property of Under Torrent.
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper use or installation, misuse, or negligence.
- Cosmetic damage.
- Damage due to acts of nature (e.g., lightning strikes, tornadoes).
- Accidents or Commercial use.
- Modifications to any part of the product.
- Connection to an incorrect voltage supply.
- Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
- Products sold 'as is' or with all faults declared, or consumables (such as batteries).
- Products where the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed.
Key Limitations and Liability
- Exclusive Remedy: Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is your exclusive remedy.
- Incidental & Consequential Damages: Under Torrent shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, including, but not limited to: lost data, loss of use of your product, lost business, or lost profits.
- Data and Private Property: The company has no liability for lost data, other damages, misuse, repairs through 3rd parties, or the return of private things.
- Return of Non-Defective Items: The customer must cover the shipping fee for returning non-defective products or private belongings accidentally sent to us.
- Warranty Restriction: All express and implied warranties are limited in duration to the warranty period set forth above.
