1. Delivery Overview & Timeline

Your total waiting time consists of Processing Time and Shipping Time:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–3 Business Days) + Shipping Time

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Mon–Fri). Please note that orders placed during Chinese Public Holidays may experience slight delays.
  • Shipping: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49.99 USD.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China.

  • These timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

4. No Hidden Fees (Duties & Taxes)

Shop with peace of mind. Under Torrent operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for all supported regions.

  • We cover all customs duties and import taxes.
  • The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No unexpected fees upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

6. Address Accuracy & Re-shipping

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • Modifications: We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed (usually within 12 hours).
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, a $10 USD re-shipping fee will apply to resend the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the listed delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
