At Under Torrent, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping practices, timelines, and fees.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment, not the time it takes for the order to be delivered.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49.99 USD. For orders under $49.99 USD, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD applies.

Currently, we only operate overseas warehouses in California (USA) and Germany. Orders placed in the United States and Germany will be shipped from local warehouses, while orders for all other countries will be dispatched from Shenzhen, China.

3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

 

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses)
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union (EU)
  • Canada
  • Australia & New Zealand

Important: We use carriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx, which cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • USA and EU: For customers in these regions, the price already includes applicable VAT/sales tax. You will not need to pay any additional duties or taxes upon receipt.
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other parts of the world: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/Goods and Services Tax), which will be charged before shipment. We will notify you of any applicable charges if they are incurred.

 

5. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

6. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or if the package is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipping fee will apply, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
